  • Fabulous meal in private dining room for 12 people. Service from Heather, as always, was professional with a beautiful smile. The five course meal was amazing. Amuse bouche with champagne, really amazing salad, excellent pasta perfectly cooked, filet was done to order and delicious chocolate mousse. Generous portions. Memorable.

  • Came for my Grandma’s birthday dinner and enjoyed everything! The French onion soup was very very rich, and hard to finish, but so addicting that I did. I ordered the mussels mariniere and they were fantastic. Desserts did not disappoint either, the mousse and pineapple carrot cake were fantastic. Highly recommend.

  • The waitress did a great job explaining the menu. We had escargot for appetizer and it was delicious. You almost Don’t want to share that escargot that’s how good it was. We order a bottle of wine and there’s lots of different prices to choose for your budget, the Golden beet salad with goat cheese was good. Waitress suggested the white sauce pasta with scallop. The other dish was the muscles they came with french fries I didn’t think I was going to like the french fries and they were amazing. It was our anniversary and at the end they brought us two glasses with champagne and at candle, which was a really nice touch

  • The food was fabulous. Other than an odd seat spacing/bus boy issue(see at end of review - I may add a the gory details later) I think everyone should place this restaurant on their dining rotation. La Salad de Betteraves - I personally don't eat beets but the wife and mother-in-law are huge fans and absolutely raved over it. I did find the goat cheese to die for and the sauce ***** La Salade de Crane rt Avocat - perfect in presentation and flavor. Le NY Steak - I'm not a strip steak fan. I always find it a bit tougher than I prefer but surprisingly it was far above my expectations. Cooked to ordered perfection and seared with a flavor everyone enjoyed. Les Saint Jacques and the mussels - I can't review these because unfortunately my usually petite appetite mother-in-law ate ALL of them. And there was almost 30 individual mussels that if I didn't know better devoured and gushed over. The wife's scallops looked great. I did get to taste the French fries which were wonderful but let's be honest... They shared the friggin fries, not the tasty seafood ... Desserts were delicious as expected. If they have the carrot cake as a special just say yes. Creme brulee was very good and wife loved her chocolate mousse which she (again) decided I was not worthy of tasting.

  • This is a beautiful restaurant that is close to a culinary breakthrough. The scallops were delicately sliced to form hearts in a delightful pomegranate broth. A wonderfully prepared frisee salad was light and a perfect fit. We ordered our favored desserts and didn't share. This is a fine restaurant for those in the Glendale/Cherry Creek area. Try it now. Soon there will be a wait.

  • Great service and a beautiful spot. The French onion soup and filet were 10/10. The escargot was not great - super heavy on the bread crumbs and light on the butter / herbs. The duck was just okay.

  • A Must Try Exceptional Experience! As someone who travels frequently and has experienced a wide range of highly regarded restaurants, including Michelin-starred spots, I can confidently say our dinner at Le Bilboquet in Cherry Creek stood out in the best way. The atmosphere felt effortlessly French, elegant without trying too hard. The food was excellent and one of the dishes required several modifications due to diet restrictions. Not only were they handled with a smile and without hesitation, the dish were perfectly prepared. Alessandro, our highly skilled server, made the night! Exceptional communication, professionalism, and serving skills (He didn't talk over our food when serving it). His timing was thoughtful and he paid close attention to every single detail, absolute precision, which made a lasting impression on all of us. You should experience his service yourself. Everything, from the pace of the meal to the quality and presentation, was as a refined, memorable experience we’ll absolutely come back for.
